You can permanently delete your Calorista account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open the Calorista app and sign in (or continue as a guest, if that is how you use the app).
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning and tap Delete My Account to confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email morningstarcode@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and process it promptly.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account profile, food logs, meal history, weight and progress data, and subscription records. This action cannot be undone.
What we retain
For fraud prevention and legal/accounting compliance, we keep a minimal internal record that a deletion request was made (the date, and a short snapshot of your prior account status) separately from your deleted personal data. This record does not include your food logs, meal history, or other app content.
